Mimema is a creative tool that surfaces publicly available cryptocurrency market data and generates meme images with AI. It is entertainment and content-creation software. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

Nothing on Mimema is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Trending data, token information, captions, and generated content are provided for entertainment. Cryptocurrency tokens — especially meme tokens — are extremely volatile and can lose all value. Do your own research. You alone are responsible for any trading decisions.

The swap feature builds transactions through Jupiter, a third-party decentralized exchange aggregator. Every swap is signed and executed in your own wallet. Mimema never holds, controls, or has access to your funds or private keys.

Fee disclosure: swaps made through Mimema include a platform fee of up to 1% of the swap amount, collected automatically as part of the transaction. This fee supports the service and is reflected in your quoted output before you sign.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Failed transactions may still incur network fees. We are not responsible for slippage, failed transactions, network congestion, token contract behavior, or losses of any kind arising from swaps.

Images are generated by third-party AI models based on trends and your inputs. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other users' output. You may use images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them and for any content you request. Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content depicting real persons in a defamatory manner.

Free usage is subject to daily limits that may change at any time. Premium unlock codes are licenses, not property; they are non-transferable and may be revoked for abuse (sharing, resale, automated farming). Purchases of codes are handled by third-party checkout providers under their terms. Except where required by law, code purchases are final.

No attempting to bypass rate limits, scrape or resell the service's data or outputs at scale, probe or attack the infrastructure, or use the service for market manipulation schemes. We may block access for abuse.

Mimema relies on third parties including Jupiter, DexScreener, fal.ai, Replicate, Anthropic, and Solana wallet providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Token data shown may be delayed or wrong.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.
